Begin your Adirondack adventure with a bagel breakfast prepared at our
take-out counter. Pan Dolce's kettle baked bagels are a specialty passed down from over
three generations. Our traditional bagels are kettled (boiled) just before they are placed
onto natural redwood boards. They are then put into a custom revolving shelf oven for a
slow, monitored bake. This process yields bagels with a thin, radiant crust and a tender,
delicious interior. Our Master Baker produces small batches in an ongoing basis to
assure freshness in every bite. Pan Dolce bagels are low in fat as well as cholesterol and
preservative free.

For lunch, Pan Dolce draws a fun and lively crowd with our exceptional, fresh, hand-carved
sandwiches, Panini's, soups, quiches and freshly baked breads.

Our dinner menu offers fine epicurean cuisine inspired and created by Executive Chef
Christopher M. McDermott that tantalizes the palette. We also feature all-natural,
locally raised premium Black Angus beef burgers from Kilcoyne Farms. Special
attention has been taken to harvest everything at its peak of ripeness and flavor.
